My journey to mental healthcare

My path into therapy grew from a curiosity about how we think, feel, and act, and a desire to support people through difficult times. Working with clients facing anxiety and psychosis showed me how transformative therapy can be. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and create lasting change.

I view the treatment as a shared process. We’ll set goals that genuinely matter to you—whether you’re hoping to improve relationships, manage anxiety, or gain clarity that deepens self-understanding. As you evolve, your plan will evolve with you, staying responsive and meaningful every step of the way.

Our first session

The first session gives us space to connect and talk about what led you to seek therapy. Feeling nervous is very common. We’ll take things step by step, at your pace, and I’ll offer steady guidance as we move through the process together.
