My communication style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy is a partnership, so I encourage open and honest communication while meeting clients with empathy and curiosity.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I have always been passionate about supporting others through life's challenges and helping people recognize their own strengths. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I believe meaningful progress begins with understanding each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, identify meaningful goals, and develop tools to help you succeed.

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
