My communication style is approachable, relaxed, and grounded in active listening. I believe that truly understanding my clients begins with hearing them—really hearing them—and responding thoughtfully to what they share.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was a career change inspired by my own meaningful experience in therapy. I’ve always had a deep interest in helping others, and even in my previous career—where I focused on supporting, developing, and guiding staff—I found myself drawn to the kinds of conversations that create growth and connection.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process—we work together to identify what’s important to you and where you’d like to see change. These goals help guide our work, but they’re not set in stone. We revisit them often, talk through progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll gather some personal information and history to better understand your background and what brings you to counseling. We’ll also begin setting goals together and talk about how often we’ll meet.
