My focus
My training in early childhood, school counseling, and play therapy shapes how I work with young people and their families. I also see adults working through grief, anxiety, family dynamics, and questions of meaning or identity. I work best with people who want insight and who are comfortable with telehealth.

My work is person-centered and relationship-focused, with a systems lens. We slow down, look at the patterns that keep repeating, and follow what matters to you at a pace you can sustain. The relationship between us does much of the work.
