My communication style is calm and personable. I create a setting where you don't feel judged and are comfortable discussing anything. Working with me means you are well heard and well cared for without judgment or my beliefs imposed on you.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, mental health was taboo in my household. I saw people suffering who couldn't seek help because of stigma. This fueled my passion for mental health care. My ultimate goal is to eradicate mental health stigma and help you achieve maximum functionality.

My goals for you

Goal setting with me means we work together to create acceptable and attainable goals while I educate you on ways to meet them. This process starts by building trust and maintaining open communication.

Our first session

During our first session, my goal is to build trust and great rapport so you feel comfortable and all questions are answered. This session allows us to connect, formulate an individual plan, learn about your history, and understand what brings you here.
