I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families. Over the years, I have supported people through complex transitions, trauma, grief, suicidal ideation, and mental health concerns.

I believe therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach, but a variety of interventions we identify together to best meet your needs. Therapy should be supportive and practical. My style is empathic and direct.
