I support clients through whatever challenges they're facing. I have experience working with many age groups in individual counseling across diverse settings, and I'm here to help you navigate your unique journey.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship dynamics and challenges, marriage, family, and parenting concerns, dependency and addiction issues, purpose and fulfillment, adjustments and change, grief and loss, trauma, and employment challenges.

My approach

I use an eclectic style, drawing from many modalities to best fit your needs. My work is client-centered, incorporating unconditional regard, validation, insight-oriented work, reframing, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, interpersonal, narrative, family systems, and psychodynamic approaches.

My communication style

My counseling is client-centered. I meet you where you are and foster a warm, safe place to process and navigate past and present difficulties. I am compassionate and empathetic, believing everyone deserves respect and understanding.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after observing a family member enter the field. As a mom and wife, my own life experiences have taught me to value what life holds, both ups and downs. These journeys have shaped my counseling career.

Our first session

My initial session includes an intake to understand what's challenging you most, along with background and daily life information. This helps me gain a good grasp of who you are and what your life entails, so we can move forward toward your desired growth.
