My goal is to support you in becoming more aware of yourself. I often tell clients it’s like we’re standing next to a microscope together, observing you. We introduce different stimuli and see how you respond. Through this process of self-awareness, change becomes inevitable. Over time, this awareness will become second nature

My approach to working with individuals and couples centers on supporting and guiding them toward greater self-awareness and mindfulness. I believe in fostering personal growth and transformation from the “inside out and outside in,” creating a space where change and insight can emerge naturally and authentically.
