I work with couples navigating intimacy and relationship issues, individuals managing job stress, career transitions, grief, trauma, anger, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, sleep concerns, life changes, compassion fatigue, and those seeking coaching or support through organizational change.

I typically begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, then adapt based on your needs. I may incorporate education, radical acceptance, narrative therapy, experiential work, and self-regulation skills training. My goal is to help you build new patterns and skills that support your well-being.

My communication style

I work collaboratively with you, functioning as a guide who provides both education and therapy. I adapt my approach to fit your needs, teaching critical self-regulation and stress reduction skills. I focus on the whole person, helping you gain a sense of control in your healing process.

My journey to mental healthcare

Understanding why people function and behave the way they do has always interested me. I believe we all face significant life events, and it's important to have a safe space to process, explore, and find new perspectives that help you reach a better place in life.

The first session is a meet and greet where we review what brings you to therapy and gather some history. You'll drive the depth and pace of our conversation. Establishing trust is an important part of any initial session, and I'll follow your lead.
