My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through different sports. Working with different sports teams I knew my calling to help others. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

My goals for you

Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s building coping skills, improving self-esteem, how to play your sport better, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
