My communication style is direct, honest, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should feel comfortable and authentic, so I use clear language and, when appropriate, humor to help create connection, ease tension, and make difficult conversations feel more approachable.

I believe therapy goals should be realistic, achievable, and meaningful to you—not overwhelming or requiring you to change the world. We’ll focus on manageable steps that build confidence, improve coping, and help you navigate life more comfortably and on your own terms.

Our first session

A first session with me will typically involve getting to know you, learning about your experiences and what brings you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to achieve. We’ll work together to identify meaningful, realistic goals and begin creating a plan that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
