My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through a deep passion for supporting others in navigating life’s challenges. My journey led me to specialize in women’s and maternal mental health, where I help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered through these life transitions, healing, and growth.

My goals for you

I collaborate with clients to set meaningful, realistic goals based on their values and needs. Together, we break goals into manageable steps, track progress, and adjust as needed. I provide support, accountability, and gentle challenge to help clients create lasting, sustainable change.

Our first session

Our first session is a relaxed, collaborative space to get to know you. We’ll review your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy, while beginning to identify goals. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental approach where you feel heard, supported, and at ease.
