My communication style is warm, collaborative, and curious. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected while also offering honest feedback and practical guidance. I balance compassion with gentle challenge, helping clients explore difficult experiences while building insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal and grow when they are given the right support and understanding. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing crisis, trauma, and significant life challenges, which strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify what meaningful change looks like for them. Together, we break larger goals into manageable steps and develop practical skills to support progress. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build emotional regulation and increase self-awareness.
