I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began with a curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with clients showed me the power of therapy. Everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. Helping clients to build new approaches that promote new patterns and lasting change.

My goals for you

I have spent my career helping individuals look at their maladaptive patterns and peel back the layers in an effort to uncover the core issues that are keeping them stuck. Having a better life means building a new, healthy system to effectively define your issues and to quickly solve problems with the essential support and tools.

Our first session

Think of our first meeting as a 'get-to-know-you' conversation. We will discuss your current challenges, but we’ll also talk about your strengths and what a 'better life' looks like for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful that there is a clear path forward.
