My focus
I work with clients age 13+ on life adjustments, ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness and pain, grief, depressive disorders, parenting, relationships, and PTSD. I have special interest in Indigenous, law enforcement, and military/veteran populations.
My approach
I maintain a small practice so each client receives focused attention. I use EMDR and DBT as core modalities, along with CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and other approaches tailored to your individualized needs and goals.
