My focus

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and substance abuse issues. Additionally, I provide support for a wide range of concerns, including addiction, anger management, ADHD, bipolar disorder, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, grief, OCD, PTSD, and more.

My approach

I treat children, teens, and adults. I use best practice models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more. I am dual licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Specialist.
