My journey to mental healthcare

I have lived a few different employment lives, and it was a bit later in my life that I came to find that my happiness was best found by encouraging others to explore their own happiness and wishes.

I will ask thoughtful and helpful questions in order to help you explore any goals that you may have for our work together.

Our first session

During our first one or two sessions, we will complete a comprehensive intake together, during which I will get the opportunity to know you fairly well, relatively quickly, so that we can more efficiently and effectively begin the work that you are here to do.
