My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field by a deep curiosity about human experience and a desire to support healing on a deeper level. Over time, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. What keeps me passionate about this work is witnessing clients reconnect with their strength and develop self-compassion.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we define goals that truly matter to you. Whether it’s reducing anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or feeling more connected to yourself, we’ll work together to create meaningful progress. As you grow and evolve, your goals may shift—and we’ll adjust our work to support your journey.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your story, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning. Together, we’ll begin building a path forward.
