We often start with what's going on in your life today and explore how to make things feel more manageable, more hopeful. My focus is on helping you move forward.

My approach

I bring a compassionate and direct approach to therapy—kindness with honesty. I use a variety of tools and techniques to help you manage whatever life is throwing your way, but just as importantly, I take the time to really understand your experience. I'm always tuned in to what you're saying and what might be going unsaid.

My communication style

I take the time to really listen—not just to your story, but to the words you choose, because they can reveal a lot about what you're feeling in the moment. I'll gently help you notice those patterns and what they might mean. My communication is always focused on supporting you in making meaningful changes.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into social work began after a meaningful conversation with a friend that lit a spark in me. I've always found value in simply listening—really hearing people as they share their thoughts and emotions. I was lucky to grow up with two compassionate parents. The relationships I've built have shaped me into the therapist I am today.

In our first session, we'll take time to talk through what's been going on in your life and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. It's a chance for you to share, ask questions, and start setting some goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
