My focus

My client focus is on youth, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, especially those who may not always feel fully understood or supported in traditional spaces. I havea particular passion and experience working with youth from marginalized, underserved, and diverse communities.

I focus on providing care, rooted in safety, collaboration, and empowerment. Therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create a space that feels calm, authentic, and judgment-free. I take a holistic and naturalistic approach to treatment, reflective of the whole person, not just their symptoms.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider after years of supporting marginalized and underserved youth navigating trauma, identity, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Working in crisis and community settings strengthened my commitment to culturally grounded, compassionate care that empowers young people and families to feel heard and supported.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals through a collaborative, structured, and evidence-based process that keeps their voice at the center of treatment. This may include symptom rating scales, goal attainment scaling, mood tracking, or brief structured assessments that help us monitor changes over time.

Our first session is a safe, collaborative space to share your story at your pace. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, clarify goals, and begin identifying strengths and supports. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain how I work, and introduce simple scaling tools to guide progress so you leave feeling heard, clear, and supported.
