Hi there, I'm Jovonna!

Real talk, real healing! I support teens, young adults, and families untangle life’s knots with compassion, clarity, and a little bit of humor. – Jovonna

My focus

My client focus is on youth, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, especially those who may not always feel fully understood or supported in traditional spaces. I havea particular passion and experience working with youth from marginalized, underserved, and diverse communities.

My approach

I focus on providing care, rooted in safety, collaboration, and empowerment. Therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create a space that feels calm, authentic, and judgment-free. I take a holistic and naturalistic approach to treatment, reflective of the whole person, not just their symptoms.
