I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Christ follower. I have been practicing for nine years, and I specialize in helping Christians work through spiritual challenges and understand how their spiritual journey is related to their emotional and mental health.

I see Christians hoping to embrace growth in their faith while exploring their mental health to improve their spiritual journey.

My approach

Theoretical approaches include attachment theory, internal family systems, and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy. I believe that the Bible has the truth our souls need for healing, while also acknowledging that understanding our mental health will help us to better access these truths.
