I create a safe, supportive environment for clients to share what's on their hearts and minds. Most of us get stuck at one time or another, and sometimes we need someone to help us set ourselves free. I provide a non-judgmental ear and an open mind to assist you in taking difficult steps toward wholeness and growth.
My focus
I work best with clients who are motivated for change and seeking to become the best version of themselves. Many who come to therapy become aware of growth areas when they're in pain. I've worked with clients experiencing disordered eating, depression, addiction, anxiety, and relationship problems.
My approach
My approach is sensitive and honest. I team with clients to clarify goals and work toward achieving them. I focus on self-regulation and nervous system awareness within sessions to build understanding of involuntary reactions in difficult situations. I promote lifestyle changes like meditation, exercise, reading, and community involvement.
