Hi there, I'm Nancy!
I am licensed in the State of Colorado to work with both mental health and substance abuse issues. I come from a Family Systemic background. My focus areas of practice are relationships, trauma, grief & loss issues, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I only do couples "in person, at my office in Longmont.

I work with adults from ages 18 to 99, who want to explore various areas of their lives, including boundaries, self-esteem, self-worth, relationships, childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, as well as grief and loss issues.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is through the Multi-Systemic Therapy lenses using Family Structural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Bowen, and Narrative Therapy, as well as Person-Centered Therapy and Existential Therapy.
