Hi there, I'm Andrew!

I help caregivers, helping professionals, and people navigating grief, burnout, and life transitions find steadier ground. Care may include nature-based therapy, creative expression, and mindful connection to support relief, clarity, and sustainable change.

My focus

I work with adult caregivers, helping professionals, and those carrying unresolved grief, chronic stress, or trauma from oppression. Many clients identify as LGBTQIA2S+, are neurodivergent, or survivors of family or medical trauma. I focus on those isolated by caretaking roles.

My approach

Relational, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based. I draw from transpersonal therapy, somatic work, grief practice, and ecopsychology. Sessions may include creative processes, outdoor work, and body-based awareness to build safety, reduce distress, and support change.
