Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and healing! I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist. I strive to help individuals navigate the complexities of their mental and emotional well-being. My focus is to incorporate compassion and humor to help build self-awareness, resiliency, and freedom from unhealthy patterns.

I know what it is like to want to feel connected and content, in life and with yourself. Therapy is a great first step! As I always say: "therapy is a gift you give yourself!"
My approach
With individuals, I primarily use Internal Family Systems Informed (IFS), aka Parts Work, EMDR, AEDP, and the Narrative approach. CBT, ACT, and DBT are also methods I pull from. Additionally, I am trained in and primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples.
