My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with my healing. After years as an educator, I realized that many of the struggles I saw in students and families were rooted in unaddressed emotional wounds, many of which I had carried myself.

My goals for you

I collaborate with clients to identify clear, meaningful goals that align with their values and lived experiences. We break those goals into manageable steps and regularly check in on progress, adjusting as needed.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other. I'll ask about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to understand your story, help you feel at ease, and begin building a foundation of trust so we can move forward together with clarity and purpose.
