I have had the pleasure of helping those in transition for several years. I make it a priority to attend to each client's individual needs while also keeping up to date on the latest literature to best assist clients of various backgrounds who are experiencing interpersonal struggles.

I specialize in assisting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of struggles.

My approach

My intention in working with each client is that they are heard, validated, and find qualities within themselves that provide them with a wider range of tools and strengths to navigate their different environments. I approach therapy on a case-by-case basis, meaning I seek to treat the presenting problem as it pertains uniquely to the individual.
