I have experience in a wide variety of clinical settings and have worked with individuals who are experiencing: low self-esteem, self-harm, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and trauma. My goal is to support you through the psychological, emotional, and interpersonal challenges that may be impacting you from moving forward.
My approach
I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as these modalities provide a helpful framework for identifying and processing thoughts and feelings in a way that helps guide value-driven goals. I also like to teach Mindfulness techniques that can help reduce stress and anxiety.
