Have you been struggling with parenting and need help managing your own triggers? Do you feel anxious and overwhelmed? I have worked with families and adults to heal from their childhood trauma, to have more meaningful relationships as adults, and to be better parents/partners.
My focus
My focus is on teens and adults. I enjoy working with teens to learn coping skills and better understand oneself before going out in the world. I help adults learn to love themselves and feel secure within themselves, so they can parent better or have better relationships overall.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have a trauma-focused lens. I also use mindfulness and neurological practices to increase executive function and decrease trauma responses. Modalities also include ACT, art, solution-focused brief therapy, and DBT.
