Hi there, I'm Antoinette!

I hold a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy with licensure of LMFT and LCSW in Colorado. I have worked as a therapist for 12 years with individuals, couples, and families. It is my honor to serve those affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship problems, health issues, stress, and life changes.

My focus

When working with individuals/couples in therapy, I encourage my clients to communicate openly. A safe space is offered for authentic, non-judgmental exploration. Therapy is customized to fit each client's personality, strengths, and goals. There is no cookie-cutter approach to therapy here. Listening is key from the start.

My approach

I am known for my relaxed, comfortable approach and am skilled at helping clients understand the underlying relationship dynamics that have contributed to conflict and distress in their lives. My approach helps clients to understand themselves & find more joy in their lives. As a systemic therapist, I work with individuals and couples.
