My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist out of a strong commitment to understanding human behavior and supporting meaningful change. Over the past 18 years, I’ve developed a focus on helping clients work through burnout, anxiety, and trauma using approaches that go beyond surface-level coping.

My goals for you

I support clients in reaching their goals by creating a safe, collaborative space to explore what’s underneath the surface. Together, we build awareness, develop tools, and work through patterns so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.

Our first session is a chance to understand what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
