Hi there, I'm Rose!
I am a licensed therapist in both Hawaii (LMHC) and Colorado (LPC). Life can be really challenging at times. We are human, and sometimes need help and support. I look forward to walking with you amidst both your sufferings and wins.
My focus
The majority of my clients are in their teens, 20s, and 30s. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and school challenges.
My approach
I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as our thoughts have a strong impact on our emotions and behaviors. Our thoughts determine how we view ourselves, others, and situations. We all have unhelpful thought patterns sometimes. I will work with you to identify what those thoughts are and how to replace those thoughts with rational thoughts.
