I enjoy listening to people’s stories and consider it a privilege to be a supportive, attentive presence in my clients' lives. I aim to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful change.

I enjoy clients that are open to talking and exploring the "what" and "why" that brings them into therapy.

I value collaboration. I am an expert at therapy and the client is an expert on themselves. Together the client and I will be able to help solve what brings them into treatment.
