My journey of becoming a therapist was prompted by an eagerness to learn ways to teach people the importance of nurturing our mind, body, and spirit with or without the use of traditional medications.

I approach goal setting using the S.M.A.R.T. criteria, meaning goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based.

Our first session

Clients should expect a session where a psychosocial history is obtained, as well as rapport building.
