My communication style is direct, open, and honest, grounded in a commitment to transparency and authenticity. I believe in addressing concerns clearly and respectfully, while also creating space for curiosity and dialogue. At the same time, I prioritize kindness and thoughtfulness in every interaction, being mindful of the words I use.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental health clinician is rooted in my early experiences with therapy as an adolescent. Those experiences gave me firsthand insight into the importance of feeling seen, heard, and supported, and also shaped my understanding of the impact a compassionate, skilled clinician can have.

My goals for you

I support clients in reaching their goals by combining evidence-based CBT strategies with a strong focus on relationship building and positive encouragement. I help clients identify & challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build greater awareness of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected.

Our first session

The initial session will be focused on establishing rapport, gathering relevant background information, and beginning the process of goal setting. Time will be spent building a therapeutic connection by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where the client can feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
