My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to counseling through a desire to support others in navigating life’s challenges and finding hope, healing, and clarity. Over time, I gained experience working with adults facing trauma, stress, and life transitions, which strengthened my passion for creating safe, collaborative spaces where clients can explore, grow, and accept.

My goals for you

I help clients set meaningful, achievable goals by listening carefully to their priorities and collaborating to create a plan that fits their lives. Using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I guide clients in identifying patterns, building coping skills, and taking practical steps toward clarity, balance, and lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding the challenges or patterns that brought you to therapy. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where we talk openly about your goals, explore what’s been stressful or confusing in your life, and begin collaboratively identifying steps to support clarity, healing, and change.
