I'm a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner who helps children, adolescents, and adults navigate mental health challenges. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, and more.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental health began as a registered nurse and led me to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I've dedicated myself to serving diverse communities with compassion, always prioritizing listening and collaborative care.

Our first session

It's normal to feel nervous, but I'll help you feel comfortable and relaxed. I'll perform a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, asking questions about your symptoms, mental health history, medical history, and family background. Some questions may touch on sensitive topics, but only share what feels right.
