My therapeutic philosophy begins with cultivating safety and trust. I understand that I am entering your private world, and this is a deep and sacred trust. Whether or not that trust has been violated by others in the past, I will create a sanctuary in which hurts that have created trauma, anxiety, and depression can be explored and understood.

I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples. I enjoy working with victims of trauma and the process of walking through that together. I focus on how our thoughts, emotions, boundaries, and relationship roles shape our interactions with others and ourselves, and ultimately how those interactions affect day-to-day functioning.
