My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. Through active listening, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset, I work alongside each patient to help them feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began when I worked as a mental health counselor and discovered a deep passion for supporting individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. What drives me every day is the opportunity to walk alongside patients on their path to healing and help them regain hope, stability, and control.

My goals for you

I begin by identifying what patients personally want to change or improve in their lives. I encourage them to set goals they feel confident committing to, emphasizing that the goals belong to them. I then introduce the SMART goal framework, helping create goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

Our first session

During the first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you are treated with compassion and respect. I take time to understand the factors affecting your mental health and begin developing a personalized care plan. Together, we will build a foundation for stability, healing, and well-being.
