I typically assist people who feel stuck. I think life can be full of surprises. We can have disturbing experiences as well. Sometimes the effects of these experiences continue and create preoccupations and distractions. I help get these resolved.
My approach
When previous disturbing experiences continue to cause problematic sensations and thoughts, I can resolve that without re-living it. To this end, I use Rapid Resolution Therapy created by Dr. Jon Connelly. As a parenting expert, I can help parents get unstuck, empowered, and effective very quickly.
