Hi there, I'm Jacie!

Navigating stress, grief, and trauma in a culture that requires constant doing can pull you away from your inner world, your intuition, and your sense of self. Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what’s happening inside, not just what you're managing on the outside.

My focus

I support adults who are struggling with grief/loss, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and job burnout. I provide a curious, relational presence and love to bring a sense of humor into the therapy space. We will look at our issues directly with a holistic, culturally informed, and trauma-informed lens; then establish a plan to find our way through.

My approach

I specialize in emotionally-focused and experiential approaches. I value building trust, curiosity, and creativity, and work with my clients to find the best way to meet their needs. Some of the treatments I leverage as needed are: EMDR therapy, attachment, ACT, Somatic approaches, Mindfulness, IFS, and many others.
