My approach
I utilize a wide range of treatment modalities to provide personalized and client-centered treatment. I draw from multiple evidence-based practices including CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a variety of techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
