I have the unique experience of helping grandparents who are raising their grandchildren to end the intergenerational cycle of addiction.

This helps shed shame-based perspectives, which I believe is transformative and allows real change to occur. I was trained primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrated Acceptance and Commitment as well as Humanistic therapy approaches.
