My goal is to meet you where you are and help you manage stressors in healthier ways. It's important to me that you feel heard, understood, and have a voice. Therapy should be a safe space for exploration and gaining understanding of who you are and what you want from your life.

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, depression, or unresolved trauma. My hope is to partner with you on your journey so we can create strategies to help you better understand and navigate your feelings. I want to see you feel better and think with more confidence.
My approach
I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help you connect to your emotions and identify what's no longer working. I aim to help you better understand your feelings so you're equipped to make changes. My belief is that you are good as you are in this moment, but we all have the capacity to become better versions of ourselves.
