I support adults navigating life transitions, trauma, and chronic illness. I like using a holistic, wellness-centered approach, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered because we’re not just working on symptoms, we’re helping you truly live in the flow of wellness.

I enjoy working with first-generation adults navigating family relationships and boundaries, caregivers, and cancer survivors (in treatment or remission).

My approach to treatment is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you, not “fix” you. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, but I also take a holistic approach, exploring how your 8 dimensions of wellness.

My communication style

I am very good at feeling out the session and can always provide a well-placed joke. Your session is not a place for a formal feel, but a place for you to relax and put some of your burdens down.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience, and a childhood cancer survivor. My personal and professional journey led me to support others navigating trauma, life transitions, and illness.

Our first session

Our first few sessions will be about building the therapeutic relationship and getting an understanding of each other. It may feel like you are talking a lot, but it's OK! I am here for you, and getting an understanding of your journey is important early on.
