Hi there, I'm Judy!

I work with people of all ages who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or affected by stressful or traumatic life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel more grounded, regulated, and supported—both emotionally and physically.

My focus

I am also trained in play therapy, which allows me to work in developmentally appropriate and creative ways with children and adolescents when needed. This background supports flexibility in my work and helps me meet each client—child, teen, or adult—where they are, using approaches that feel natural and effective for their age and needs.

My approach

I have training in EMDR and somatic therapies, which focus on how stress and trauma impact the nervous system. Together, we work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the body, using practical tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a greater sense of safety and control.
