My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider was driven by a deep passion for helping individuals regain control over their lives and a strong belief in the mind-body connection.

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to goal setting, ensuring that each patient’s goals are realistic, measurable, and aligned with their personal values. Using motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I help patients identify their priorities, break goals into manageable steps, and track progress over time.
