Hi there, I'm Kassidy!

I work with individuals, families, and couples using relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy. We will explore how you can build greater confidence and self-esteem. You will develop new skill sets to process anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.

My focus

I work with individuals, including children, teens, couples, and families, to explore and treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, college preparedness, OCD, family conflict, court/legal process, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach

I use relational and psychodynamic therapy through a trauma-focused lens. I am trained in approaches including TF-CBT, IFS, and solution-focused models. I work with each system to create a treatment plan and tailor approaches based on clinical needs.

I am a vibrant and upbeat therapist! With my friendly disposition and straightforward approach, clients can join and transition into therapy easily!

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to wellness started in a therapy office! I practice what I preach; the journey into wellness and mental health was personal for me. Looking at the stigmas and biases in the field drove me to provide top-tier service for my clients as I work to make an impact in the mental health system!
