Most of my clients are adults adjusting to life changes. I have worked with people of all ages dealing with a variety of mental health issues.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic mix of theoretical approaches to therapy and rely upon my clinical wisdom to guide me. I have been trained to utilize multiple different therapies, but in the end, I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
